Sosmix is described as a vegetarian sausage mix but it's also suitable for vegans and can be shaped into balls or burgers, or substituted for any recipe calling for sausagemeat. 250ml of cold water or stock is added to 150g of the dry mix along with seasonings, then you shape it and fry or bake it. It really benefits from having extra flavours added to it so you could go down the sage and onion route, or how about a home-made smoked paprika sausage roll?
